Items for coasters must be shipped. Shipping address will provided via email after purchase. Customer will need to cover initial shipping cost to send items. The shipping of the final coasters is included in the pricing at checkout.
SHIPPING INFO
Pick-up is available for an additional charge for those within 40 miles of the city of Atlanta. Pick-up costs are determined based on location.
Shipping timeline is based on when items are received and drying time for florals, if applicable. Floral drying can take anywhere between 1-2 weeks, depending on the flower. Once dry, coasters will be shipped within 1 week. So please be advised that total turnaround time can be from 2-5 weeks depending on items.
WARNING: The older the flower, the more there will be discoloration. White flowers discolor faster. If wanting to preserve fresh flowers from an event, send them as soon as possible to avoid as much discoloration as possible. Discoloration can also occur once resin is poured. All items will be preserved as best as possible.
PACKAGING INFO (FLOWERS ONLY)
Wrap a damp paper towel around the stems (only)
Wrap the wet paper towel in plastic wrap OR a plastic bag and secure with a rubber band
Use packing paper or dry paper towels around the top of the flowers to secure them in the box.
DO NOT WRAP THE TOP OF THE FLOWERS WITH PLASTIC, it will trap in heat and cause them to mold or become slimy.
NOTE: If your bouquet has dahlias or sunflowers, please wrap them separately as they are much more fragile and decompose faster than other flowers.
Secure your flowers with packing supplies to prevent your flowers from being crushed and from bouncing around during shipment.
Label box as fragile/ Do Not Crush on all sides and ship 1-2 day with tracking info.
