These are super simple to make and super yummy to taste! I don’t have a ton of measurements listed for this one, as the amount of ingredientsare really up to you and your preferences. Perhaps you like more cheese? Perhaps you only like a little bit of parsley? The measurements don’t matter as much as having the ingredients. Super Simple Shrimp Tacos

Ingredients
- Small Tortilla bread
- Shrimp
- 2 tsp Minced garlic
- Seasoning Salt
- Pepper
- 1-2 tsp Lime juice
- Montery Jack queso
- Parsley
- Cotija cheese
- Bag of coleslaw
- Corn (optional)
Instructions
- Cook shrimp in skillet for 7-10 minutes
- Season shrimp to your liking
- Add minced garlic and fresh parsley
- While cooking shrimp, add small handful of coleslaw to tortilla bread
- Cut shrimp into smaller pieces and squeeze a little lime juice on top, place shrimp on tortilla
- Warm up queso and drizzle on top and sprinkle cotija cheese on top
