One of the many things that I love about this recipe is despite the fact that there’s a sauce on top, it doesn’t leave you feeling super heavy afterwards. I’m assuming this is due to using chicken breasts, a very lean part of the chicken, versus thighs or other fattier parts of the chicken. Idk, I’m not a nutritionist but that sounds about right ha! Let’s get to it!

Ingredients
- 2-3 medium-large boneless and skinless chicken breasts
- 3 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
- 4 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- Seasoning to your liking (garlic powder, salt + pepper)
- 5 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 tbs minced garlic
- 1 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- green onion + parsley
Instructions
- Wash your chicken lol
- Season chicken to your liking
- In a bowl, combine flour, bread crumbs and parmesan cheese
- Heat oil and 2 tbs butter in skillet
- Fry chicken until golden brown on both sides and no longer pink on the inside (maybe 5-6 min)
- Put chicken on papertowel over plate (allowing grease to drain)
- Pour out half of the skillet
- Add garlic, 1 tbs butter, green onions, chicken broth, heavy whipping cream
- Add chicken back to pan
- Let simmer for about 5-7 minutes
- Garnish with parsley
