One of the many things that I love about this recipe is despite the fact that there’s a sauce on top, it doesn’t leave you feeling super heavy afterwards. I’m assuming this is due to using chicken breasts, a very lean part of the chicken, versus thighs or other fattier parts of the chicken. Idk, I’m not a nutritionist but that sounds about right ha! Let’s get to it!
