
Get Into These Grilled Lamb Chops
I can count on one hand how many times I’ve eaten lamb chops in my entire life.
I don’t know what it is about lamb but I’ve just never been inclined to cook it, try it or even order it at a restaurant…until about a year ago. Someone ordered them for the table during a dinner party and they were amazing! I really believe that there were two major factors as to why these came out so good; the marinade and not putting them directly on the fire on the grill.

Can you believe how good these look without any sauce?! That’s right, I didn’t use any sauce for these. You will also notice that I did not include measurements for the seasonings or marinade. The reason why is 1) I cook for real! I rarely measure anything lol 2) For this recipe, you really have to gauge things based on your own taste.
Here’s an additional tip: Poke holes in the chops while in the marinade so that it soaks all the way throughout.

Get Into These Grilled Lamb Chops
Ingredients
- 1 pack of lamb chops (bone-in)
- Seasonings: Smoked paprika, pepper, seasoning salt, garlic powder
- Marinade: Low-sodium soy sauce, coco aminos, raspberry vinaigrette
Instructions
- Season the meat with listed seasonings.
- Place meat in bowl with marinade.
- Let meat sit in marinade for a 30-45 min.
- While the meat is marinading, spark up the grill.
- Add meat to grill, but not directly on the fire.
- After 9-12 min., flip chops over about 2-3 times.
- Pour marinade over lamb chops each time you flip them.
- Pair with rice or any side of your choosing.
