Recipe: BBQ Chicken Pizza

I call myself trying to be healthy by using the thin crust dough for this, but the more I thought about it and the more cheese I added…I decided that I should have got the regular crust for this. Anywho, I’m sure you came here for the recipe and not a drawn out story ha!

FYI,  I purchased all of the items from good ol’ Walmart!

Check out the recipe below:

What You’ll Need:

2 cups Cubed Chicken

1/3 cup Cilantro

1 1/2 cup BBQ sauce of your choice ( I used Jack Daniels)

1 can/ roll Premade Pizza Dough

3 cup Mozzarella Cheese

1 cup Parmesan cheese

  1. Cut up the chicken breasts into cubes. You can either bake the chicken or use a frying pan

2. Bake the pizza dough at the recommended temperature for about 5-7 minutes.

I recommend this brand because it already comes with the parchment paper attached!

3.  Take the pizza dough out of the oven. Add a light to medium layer of bbq sauce, the cheese and cilantro to the dough.

4. Bake pizza for an additional 10-15 minutes or until it’s as crisp as you like it. Add more sauce on top:)

….then enjoy!
